Tribal Clicks - Is it a Scam?

I joined up on Tribal Clicks the day it opened and purchased there promotional $0.01 membership. During my time on the site I referred a few members and also requested payment (which was initially cancelled). I was then banned then IP Banned after I voiced my concerns.

I'll start from my first doubts which occurred when I tried to help the admin and then got a warning on the site for posting a link. The site is hosted on Host Gator and when checking out the site I noticed that. I then contacted the admin via the forum in a post telling him that PTC sites aren't allowed to be hosted on Host Gator and gave him a link to Rylee as they do. Around 30 minutes later I received a pm from the admin stating that I have been issued a warning for posting a link. For an admin trying to help out another Admin I became suspicious.

I Kept looking into a using the site and noticed the site was offering AdSense style PTR CPC Ads and I contacted the site providing them to see if I could run them as well. The Affiliate site told me that they couldn't as offering an incentive or asking people to click the ads is against the advertisers Terms. I was also told that Tribal Clicks was under investigation for misuse of the ads. I contacted the admin of Tribal Clicks via PM and warned him. He totally ignored me.

I tried to log into the site today and found that my account had been suspended. I then posted a thread on the forum quite nicely asking why I had been suspended. I got a hostile response and was also told the current Terms of Service on the site isn't the real one and means nothing.

I then created a new thread and wanted to know more information. I asked for him to show me that I had failed as many cheat checks that he said I have and also made a point saying that the way he responded to my thread was as I see very aggressive and also arrogant and that it wouldn't help him in this industry. I also mentioned again that the ads that he was running were against his advertisers Terms of Service. The admin responded and I responded again all in the aim of trying to help the guy out.

Now I have had my IP Suspended from the site and the threads I made have been deleted on top of this the admin then sent a PM to someone he knew I talked to saying the following:

Eh..I could really care less about him. I banished him a little while ago. I don't want people like him on my site, none the less trying to boss me around, like he is some kind of 'force to be reckoned with' just because he qualifies if a site if 'legit'

Now due to this I lost around $2.50 in earnings and was banned for not following a TOS that doesn't exist and is totally different to the one currently displayed on the site and trying to help out the admin who I feel won't get far with his current attitude.

We have come across a video showing the Tribal Clicks Forum Redirecting to a site containing a Trojan Horse. The video is below.

We have found out that the owners of the site are focusing on upgrading the script rather then paying there members. Not A Good Sign
